Working Groups

The following Working Groups for the Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre (CReLIC) have been formed. The goal of the working groups are to provide advisory services to facilitate implementation and coordination of the CReLIC activities to ensure that objectives and outputs of the CReLIC are met. The working group will further facilitate enhancing the communication mechanism within LGED and act as the drivers of change. The working groups meeting will be conveyed as needed, but expected at least once in every 3 months.

Any other person may be co-opted to the working group. The key roles and responsibilities of the working group are:
  • Act as the Change Agents within LGED for the institutional transformation process in knowledge management and integration.
  • Suggest on possible innovations in knowledge management practices.
  • Lead the process of infusing knowledge management practices into LGED business process.
  • Advice on possible data sources and data types used in LGED.
  • Advice on system/architectural compatibility with LGED infrastructure.
  • Provide suggestions, advice on concepts, proposals and guidance notes submitted.
  • To participate in coordination meetings, workshops, brain storming sessions.
