Central Coordination Committee (CCC)
The following Central Co-ordination Committee for the Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre (CReLIC) been formed. The goal of the committee
is to provide advisory services to facilitate implementation and coordination of the CReLIC activities to ensure that objectives and outputs of the
CReLIC are met. The committee will further facilitate enhancing the communication mechanism within LGED and act as the drivers of change. The committee
meetings will be conveyed as needed, but expected at least once in every 3 months.

The key roles and responsibilities of the committee are:
- Play a central advisory role within LGED shaping the CReLIC from conceptualization to development and implementation.
- Act as the Change Agents within LGED for the institutional transformation process.
- Lead the process of infusing climate resilience into LGED business process.
- Provide policy advice in setting up CReLIC.
- Share knowledge and experience.
- Provide intellectual guidance and advice on proposals and guidance notes from the specific working groups, where applicable.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, workshops, brain storming sessions on CReLIC.
