Action Teams
The following Four Action Teams for the four sub-components under Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre
(CReLIC) has been formed. The goal of the Action Team is to provide support LGED effectively and efficiently in its
change process. All meetings of these Action Teams shall be on weekly basis (a minimum of 2 hours per week) without
any formal requirements.

The Action Teams will perform the following tasks:
- All the team will work under the leadership of the Director, CReLIC.
- Act collaboratively with CReLIC Consultants and play bridging role.
- Provide continuous input and feedback to the consultant.
- Take non-strategical decisions for an efficient progress.
- Brief and seek guidance from the LGED management on a needs-basis.
- As the first priority, support the preparation of a roadmap.
