An inception workshop on the development of e-learning
content was held on Monday May 11 at the seminar room of the Local Government
Engineering Department (LGED) headquarters. The event was organized by the
Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre (CReLIC) under the Climate
Resilient Infrastructure Mainstreaming Project (CRIMP) implemented by LGED.
The workshop was presided over by Md. Azharul Islam
Additional Chief Engineer of LGED and Director of CReLIC. Md. Belal Hossain Chief Engineer
of LGED attended the program as the Chief Guest. In his opening remarks the
Chief Engineer stated, E-learning will serve as a timely platform to enhance
the skills of engineers in constructing modern and climate-resilient
infrastructure. Through this inception workshop, we aim to develop high-quality
content that will provide digital training even to field-level staff.
During the workshop the appointed consulting firm ADDIE
Soft Ltd. presented their plan through a PowerPoint presentation led by Content
Developers Md. Imran Hussain, Md. Mizanur Rahman and AGM Md. Shariful Islam.
